Thank you for choosing to shop at The Udder Farm Shop. The following Terms & Conditions apply to all orders made using this website and by placing an order, you agree acceptance of them.

Ordering:
When you place an order, we will do our best to fulfill that order as accurately as possible. You will not be charged for an item if it has become out of stock.
Please provide all required contact details. Our delivery team will use this information to get in touch with you if there are any problems when attempting delivery and if a delivery fails because we cannot contact you, your order will be brought back for collection.

Collection/Delivery:
For next day collection, please order before 4pm.
Deliveries will be made on a Wednesday and Friday within the areas listed. Any orders that do not fit this criteria will be automatically converted to a collection order. No refunds will be given.
There is a £5 charge for local deliveries on any orders under £50. Local deliveries on orders over £50 are free of charge. Please ensure there is someone to receive your order.

Queries and Complaints:
We hope you’ll be very happy with your order but, if or any reason you’re not, we will deal with all queries and complaints in accordance with our Returns Policy. Refunds will be made at our discretion and replacements may be subject to a delivery charge.

We allow access to our site on a temporary basis for the purpose of ordering from our online store. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or if content is changed or out of date.
The contents of our site – including any links to other sites and third parties – are for information only and we will not be liable for any use of, or reliance on, such materials.
